1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in their original state may be refused.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. RioscoPH is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
