Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • International: 7–15 business days

4. Tracking Information

RioscoPH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Wait 24–48 hours (some carriers mark delivered early)

RioscoPH is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.


9. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Product availability

  • Shipping optimization

You will receive tracking for each shipment.
